very Poor Customer Service
I stayed 4 nights while enjoying a very short vacation in Buenos Aires. the first two nights there was a noise that wasn't constant but bothersome. A noise like a piece of metal against a wall. The third night, a very windy night, the noise was CONSTANT and did not let me sleep. I called front desk twice with no response. Finally, at 5am I went down to the Front desk and requested a change of room. They gave me another room y NOONE offered me to help. I moved myself from one room to another rookm at 5:30 am. It ended up that the noise was coming from the roof right above my first room and there was the metal frame of a canopy that got loose and was banging against the surface. They did not apologize nor offered any compensation for that. That night (my fourth night in that hoyel and my very last night in Buenos Aires), when I ogt to my room (the new one) the key was deactivated and the room was NOT done. Thet DID NOT clean my room (the new one) that day!
At check out I respecfully requested that they didnt charge me for That specific night and they denied it because i had booked thru a third party
