Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The room cleaning was excellent, but overall, the stay was a major disappointment – so we switched hotels after two days.
For example, the à la carte restaurant was fully booked, and we received incorrect information from the person in charge. They also forgot about our food allergy at the buffet, which caused issues. On the first day, we had to wait about an hour for a panini at lunch. The TV in our room didn’t work, and when we requested a blanket, it never arrived.
There was no fruit, ice cream, or snacks available at the bars. We had booked an all-inclusive package, which turned out to be very poor.
Additionally, more than one rat was running around in the buffet area (we have it on video).
The rooms are worn out and in need of renovation. However, I believe this hotel might be suitable for families with children who don’t have high expectations for food, comfort, or service.
