I would have given it 5 star, the location was perfect, so close to the Sanctuary, the hotel is clean, food choices were good at the breakfast buffet, the only thing there was no staff at the front desk. It was 0600, and nobody at the front desk, what if we had an emergency, there were numbers to call from an instruction board but the phone was ringing in front of us. The person probably left the phone at the front desk. So no use calling it. Also upon checking in the lady at the front desk was mean and lazy. She seemed like doesn’t want to move at all from her chair, no smile to greet visitors, just mean look. We let it go, coz we were there to visit Mama Mary, and I don’t her to add to my sins. lol. But she shouldn’t be at the front desk if her attitude was like that.

It was nice to see Kanima again who I first met in 2019 when she was a server, in the Restaurant, and was just wonderful in her role. This visit I couldn’t help but notice that she is now in a Hostess role, for which I’m not surprised, and as in 2019 was just fantastic in looking after my needs during my stay with great kindness. An absolute joy to be in her presence and the Hotel is extremely fortunate to have her. Until the next time take care Kanima. John.

Disappointing service and broken air conditioning At check-in, a staff member heard our family speaking Ukrainian and addressed us in Russian. We explained that we are Ukrainian and, especially after Russia’s full-scale invasion, preferred English or French. She then spoke very quickly in French and claimed she did not speak English. However, when my wife later returned and apologized for reacting strongly to Russian, the same employee spoke to her perfectly well in English. This inconsistency made us very uncomfortable. Our room also had a broken air conditioner. Staff insisted it only needed more time, although it had already been running for three hours and the room remained unbearably hot and humid. Their first solution was a small fan. Only after considerable insistence were the four of us moved into two connecting rooms with functioning air conditioning. We appreciated the eventual move, but resolving such a basic problem should not have required a lengthy negotiation. Breakfast was acceptable but ordinary. Overall, the poor handling of both situations made our stay unnecessarily stressful.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very well located , close by the St. Joseph entrance to the Basilica . Clean , quiet room even though I was next to the elevator. I did not use the dinning facilities, so I cannot rate them. Only one problem and yes, it was a problem. The bed sheets. I had no problem with the mattress but the bed sheets were were like sleeping on sand paper. Truly awful and my skin was rubbed raw. Maybe it's some kind of very coarse muslin but the sheets were awful.

Hotel Roissy was where I stayed for my first time at Lourdes and my family and I enjoyed it for its location, staff, air conditioning, and accommodations. Hotel breakfast and dinner were perfectly delicious and well priced. The hotel bar was convenient and had many options. The staff was very kind and the maid service was very attentive. The location was perfect for travel around Lourdes attractions and for the Lourdes Sanctuary. I would recommend Hotel Roissy to all travelers in the Lourdes area.

The rooms were nice and the AC was great! The staff is super helpful!!!!! And really nice ! I was very happy with them ! Their restaurant has great food ! Definitely a plus!!!! They have a little corner area for kids to play nd the bar is always open ! We will definitely recommend to all our friends! It’s a great hotel to stay at!

Nossa estadia no Hotel Roissy no final de junho nos surpreendeu. Receptividade, acomodações bem conservadas e limpas, pessoal educado e simpático. Destaca-se a atenção da pessoa do front-desk que nos deu todo apoio quanto a orientações, inclusão de refeições (muito saborosas!) não programadas na reserva, late checkout, guarda da nossa bagagem, taxi... Parabéns!

Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean rooms that provides practically everything you need for your stay at Lourdes. Literally a few minutes walk to the Basilica and Groto gate entrance with absolutely no need for transportation to those sites. Will absolutely stay there again if lucky enough to return.
