It's in the middle of town close to the City Center and the train station. The hotel is very nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice with a roll-in shower. Since I am in a wheelchair, that is a must. They onlly have one room with a roll-in shower so, a request must me made in advance specifically for that room.

In the begging given a room with upstairs loft bedroom. Not suitable for us Also these hotel has completely clear showers so no privacy. When traveling with sister totalling inappropriate Moved to a smaller room , no loft But had to take turns changing in toilet when other person was in shower Also this room had a smell to it that was very prominent after returning from daily tour We got excellent service from the male duty manager in sorting out some if issues. Hotel has a good location

Wonderful historic hotel right in the city. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only downside is because it is a wonder historic hotel there is no AC (we knew this), however we happened to stay during an unexpected heat wave…87-90 degrees outside. Weather is out of their control, but our last night we opted to stay in an AC hotel. Highly recommend it during the right climate!

The hotel was good and very well located. The staff were attentive, but I would not recommend this hotel because there was no hot water. We could not shower at night or in the morning. We also had to wash our faces with cold water, and with the temperature in Munich (-3), this was a disaster for us. When we complained at the reception desk at check-out, the employee informed us that this happens from time to time but that it had already been reported. This is a big problem and it needs to be resolved immediately and not in a few days, if it has actually been reported or they tell each guest this knowing that they will not return and therefore cannot be sure if the problem has been resolved. Simply NO GO.
