The Manager is not cooperative. The heater in my room was not working, I went to the front disk and and told the front desk employee that room is cold. He said I can’t do anything, after some argument he was ready to fight with me and called the police. Eventually I slept in my very cold room. I swear until 2 or 2 o’clock in the morning I didn’t fall asleep. The next day I talked to the front desk Manager, he said he would fix it. I asked again when do you fix iit? He raised his voice on me and loudly said, as soon as the maintenance guy comes. My feeling told me that he was lying. In the evening I came back to the hotel the room was very cold and the heater was not working. I went to the front desk a young man was at the front desk. He was kind enough to put me in another room which was warm. I swear to God what I wrote is true. I know it is hard to believe how a front disk manager could be so rude to rais his voice on a gust. The employee was so impolite, and his behavior clearly telling you that he was from a low class person. I never had such terrible experience in my life with a front desk manager and employee.
