My daughter and I were on vacation to Storyland and Santa’s Village. The hotel was a very short distance to Storyland. The playground needs some repairs but was fine. The indoor pool was really nice. Breakfast was fine. The beds clean and comfortable. I never heard the neighboring rooms. Towels were too small and rugs a bit dirty. Bring house slippers.

We have stayed here before and had good experiences. Disappointed in our stay this time. The hard floor when you first enter the room was dirty, there was a broken chair in the room, tv and lamps were all unplugged, vent fan in bathroom didn’t even turn on, and the AC unit was very dusty. Outside the railing near our room (on the 2nd floor) was broken. The lobby was clean and looked as I expected from past visits, so maybe it was just the room we stayed in.

Excellent stay!

Our 2 night stay was perfect! Affordable, our son loved the indoor pool area, our room was dog friendly and very spacious, and clean. I really liked the sliding door going outside from our room. It made taking the dog out in the morning easy, free hot breakfast, staff was welcoming and pleasant, lots of local food options, stores, and hiking trails all close by. We would definitely stay here again.
