this place was nasty in a bad part of town. The hallways reeked of marijuana. We checked in after 11 due to a long drive, and no one was on site. I had to call someone to come from home to let us in which took almost 30 minutes. A few dollars, I thought I saved definitely was not worth it..

The room was very clean; considering they allowed pets at this extended stay. The staff provided excellent service. My only problem was at night, when the lights were off the roaches took over….I didn’t complain to the staff due to the fact, a lot of people that were there are homeless because of the two recent hurricanes!!! This is their only home for right now …”So sad” 🙏

The front desk staff was super nice. This is more of an extended stay facility. The room was big and pretty clean but the power in the roof went off. I told the front office and it was never fixed. No TV, lights, couldn’t charge anything. Only place that worked was the bathroom. Decent cheap option but I will not return. Only reason I was here was my original hotel canceled my reservation

Reasonable for the money
I stayed for a night here before taking a flight next morning. The location is quite good, next to a cinema and some restaurants. There were limited staff and I had to wait at the reception for a while before a staff came and help me with the check-in. Room is neatly arranged but the bathroom fixtures are not well maintained, the faucets are rusted.

First time in this property and was very disappointed. The first room they assigned us had broken cabinet damaged door. We were switched to another room and it had stained sheets and we requested sheets to be changed and didn't have staff to take of it. They have a kichennet, but don't forget to bring pans, dishes and utensils because there is non in the room.

Lady at front desk was friendly. Quick check in, arrival to room was in and out within less than 2 minutes due to being greeted by 5 roaches. Lady at front desk was prompt with getting me my refund and apologizing stating they had just underwent treatment
