The rooms are budget-friendly, and we only stayed because we were part of a group. Out of the four rooms our group booked, ours (Room 107) was the only one with major issues—and unfortunately, it was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom ceiling and shower tiles were covered in black mold, which is a serious health concern and should be addressed with professional remediation before the room is used again.
We reported everything to the front desk and management, but no resolution was offered. Other problems included a broken toilet paper holder, non-working phones, chewed-up doors (likely from pets), and a broken microwave handle. While I didn’t expect much at this price point, the mold made the room completely unacceptable.
Even though the other rooms in our group didn’t have these issues, I won’t be returning due to the condition of our room and the lack of response from staff.
