Terrible stay. I waited no less than 20 minutes to check in (granted, there were 2 people in front of me, but the wait was not acknowledged in any way), it is attached to a Super 8, there were no towels in the room at all, a hair on the linens, trash on the floor that would have been seen if it had been vacuumed. Not a bargain, just a disaster.

You get exactly what you pay for.
Baymont has always been a brand that I trusted until now. This location did nothing to live up to the brands standards. From having to take a room I didn’t book. (Booked King got two queen) Beds being hard and uncomfortable. Having no milk at the breakfast service. Guests wandering the halls all hours of the night talking and arguing outside my room. To having to wait 20 mins for checkout because “We are understaffed”. ALL OF THESE THINGS PLUS THE FACT THAT THISNLOVATION HASNT BEEN UPDATED ORHER THAN SIGNAGE. Highly disappointed but what do I expect at $57 a night I guess. Thought I was getting a good deal. Turned into a nightmare.

Stayed 1 night of the 3. Promised a full refund since no rooms were open. No refund from Hotel or Expedia. I recommend using another platform for travel.

The building is not maintained. Very dirty, hallway carpets were not clean nor were the room carpets. All the fabric chairs and benches had stains on them. Bathrooms and bed rooms were not clean. Outside there were a few homeless people on the property. When checking in I used their bathroom, parts of the walls were falling off. It was so bad we did not stay. Had them return our money and stay elsewhere.

Property is very run down. Front desk staff were rude upon check in due to misunderstanding them telling us our room was around back in another building. Broken soap dispenser in shower, chairs, benches in room were dirty. Crack in door as if it was attempted to be broken into. Hallways were dirty, marks all over the walls. Police presence to due yelling and fighting from guests. Didn't have a safe feeling environment. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

The pictures of the hotel are completely not current. This place is run down. They actually have 2 building that are not connected. I was in the back building. No ice machine, only one enterance, the back door is boarded up, there is no air conditioning in the hallways.. I felt extremely unsafe and would not recommend this place at all!!
