the room was very cute and pirate themed with great details. the kids greatly enjoyed the bunk beds and found them very comfortable. The pool was also really nice. We liked the restaurant but found breakfast a bit chaotic and hard to plan for due to needing reservations that were limited. The gym needs an update compared to the rest of the hotel, that part was disappointing but the rest of the hotel was great. I gave staff a slightly lower score due to the check in/check out process being virtual (on a screen) and not having a physical front desk to call down to but needing to message an AI 'wizard' with requests.

My family enjoyed a wonderful experience at the Leholand resort and park. The staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. The room was decorated to be a child’s dream come true.

Lego Land Resort was cute for the kids, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion. The pool wasn’t even open during our stay, and the park tickets were NOT included, so we ended up spending way more money. Other hotels include the park with the stay and are honestly a much better value.

For the most part, our stay was wonderful. It would have been top-notch if we'd been told ahead of time that we should make breakfast reservations early so we didn't arrive and find out we only had breakfast options at 7:30 am or 10am. 7:30 was too early for our kids and we wanted to be at Legoland when it opened at 10am so we ended up ordering a breakfast delivery instead of enjoying the complimentary hot breakfast offered as part of our stay. We did make a dinner reservation at the Bricks and were a bit taken aback at how expensive it was for the choices offered. We were able to make a breakfast reservation for our second day there for 8:45am so that was great!

Make sure you book on Lego Land’s website. If not, they charge you $37 each time you want to leave the parking lot between 9 ish to 6:30 ish. They wait until the day visitors leave then they bring up the parking barriers to leave. They will not credit you either.

From the friendly, helpful staff, to the amenities for the children the play area in the lobby, the music playing in the elevators, the aesthetics, the Lego-themed room, the holiday cheer, it was all amazing ! My children loved it ! Can’t wait to be back in the summer to enjoy the summer activities at the hotel and at the park.

We loved the rooms geared to kids.. they had so much fun with the Lego’s in the room. The special clue game to open the treasure chest they loved. The staff was friendly. The castle in main lobby was enjoyed by all. The breakfast included with our stay was great! We found it very clean overall.

kids loved it. fun candy, legos, games, bunk bed and decorations. However, the facilities seemed a bit run down, though not unexpected from the amount of foot traffic. Fixture (I think room 2025?) in bathtub broken and kids could have stuck fingers through, which seemed dangerous if little kids would use the small tub.

Attention to detail by housekeeping

Great check in. I have stayed their before and I indicated that i was traveling with 4 children on my reservation. We did the room treasure hunt and there was only 2 lego sets and 2 juice boxes. The room Holds 5 and we had 5 people put out supplies for that?

Generally we had a pretty good stay at the Legoland hotel. Proximity to the park was obviously great, though we actually realized that by leaving our car over in the hotel portion of the lot (same cost for parking) that we were further from the park than if we had moved it over to the park spots. The main thing you are paying for is the themed hotel and rooms, which my son loved. We booked a ninjago room since that's his favorite thing right now, but I wish we had been on the pirate level because that was the top floor. The sound proofing is not great and I was awoken around 5am by excited running above us. My son was woken probably around 7am and said "but there are other kids up" because you could hear it all so clearly. And we had sound machines going both in his sleeping area and ours. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It says it is buffet style but that's just for cereal and toast. Eggs and sausage have to be ordered and brought to you (included) as with pancakes (not included). In the buffet area they were out of bread and chocolate milk. We waited 35 minutes with no food. We finally got the eggs and sausage but no pancakes so we finally flagged down our server to cancel the pancakes because my son said he didn't want them anymore by that point. I'm not really sure why it's not just a continuous assembly line because the only option was scrambled eggs or scrambled egg whites. Staff was great and the play area ih the lobby was nice. We didn't use the pool.

We live 3 hours away, so it made sense to spend the night. So glad we did! The hotel is steps away from the park. Kinda gives you a Disney vibe walking from WDW Swan to Epcot. The hotel itself is cool. Rooms helped the kids feel like they were really on vacation. Now the bad: For me, i wish they had ceiling fans or a way to adjust the air because the room was both cool and stuffy at the same time. Makes no sense but thats the only way i can describe it. Wish the kids sleeping area had a lamp or night light like the main area does because the kids didn't like how dark it got there. Also, the food onsite is basically overpriced heat and eat stuff. Nothing felt freshly made. $28 for chicken alfredo is fine at a restaurant; but this tasted like microwaveable Marie Calendars or Stouffers that was already pre-made for the hotel. Same with the pizza. Definitely with the burgers. Those patties were as thin as the cheese! They only have 4 cocktails on the menu but at $22 each I expected 🔥 cocktails. Not the case. Fries were good though. Breakfast was edible. Overall, the hotel is good but manage your expectations and expect to overpay for everything in order to create great memories! Staff were all great too.

Worth it for the convenience

We took a trip to Legoland this past weekend with our twin boys who were turning seven and stayed overnight in the Legoland Hotel. You cannot beat the convenience of the hotel which is located just a short walking distance from the entrance/exit of the park. After a full day of fun with the kids, it was very nice to have the hotel so close by. The hotel itself was fine, the room was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable, and my kids had fun with the scavenger hunt that involved finding different items in the room in order to get a code to unlock a treasure chest which had little lego sets inside, a very nice touch. The reason for only giving three stars is, as other reviews have noted, the walls being incredibly thin. At around 9:00, when we were trying to get our young boys to bed, a kid in a room next door to us was screaming and swearing at someone in their room, calling them a "f***ing moron" which was clear as day in our room. Then, in another room, across the hall, a baby or young child started screaming and crying hysterically at around 2:00 AM and it lasted until at least 4:30 AM when my wife and I were finally able to fall back to sleep. I cannot express how loud it was in our room. This seems to be a frequent occurence at the hotel based on other reviews I read, so you're rolling the dice a bit staying here. All in all, it's probably worth staying here if you have a long ride back so that you can stay at the park until it closes and maximize your experience.

Out of three comforters on the kids beds, all three were very stained (some looked like food stains, others like potential blood stains). My son did not want to sleep in any of the beds after seeing that, despite originally being really excited to have his own kids side of the side. The sheets in the king sized bed were also stained. Otherwise, the hotel overall was OK.

It s nice but very overpriced for sure. What we didn't like: pool opens at noon. The hallway was way too cold. Breakfast was basic and we had to wait even if we had a reservation. Fruits are in the "free" breakfast, but we didn't find any, and I asked for it but it never arrived.. chocolate milk machine was empty, etc. ( breakfast is until 11 am, we were there at 9.40, but still ) The worst: animation was super basic and when my son was so happy that finally he saw the "real" Lego figure person ( wizard ) they didn't give us a chance to take any pictures because he was already "tired" and could not stop for 10 sec for a child for all of these money... That was really disappointing. What we liked: Legoland is super close to the hotel. My son enjoyed the treasure hunt, even if the gift was for girls and they didn't let us to exchange it for boys set.. The decorations are nice and beds were comfortable. Pool was nice too..

Check in staff were helpful, breakfast staff were pleasant. Breakfast is always fine but lots of sorry we're out of this ..this is broken etc ( servers did thier best i feel ) gate and front desk are not on the same page. We were told one thing from the gate that the front desk said was incorrect and then a contradicting answer 2 days after from another front desk staff member. They need to have polices either posted or be more clear with communication. Things are more expensive and you get less amenities than previous years..for a resort there is little included
