Our room A/C was not working. The staff kindly helped us but there was no solution other than open the windows. Therefore, we slept with opened window and lots of noise and smells of weed together all night. As long as the price for the room in a day. Hotel shold check the room condition all time before customer came. This hotel was most expensive one in entire our US travel and it was the only one with no AC

We loved the location, on the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. Room are a little small, but manageable. The view and rooftop seating are phenomenal. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
