This is an EXCELLENT hotel. It’s very clean and the service is real nice. I highly recommend this hotel. The lady at the counter was REALLY helpful and nice. She made the experience that much better.

Check-in took a little longer than I was used to. And it took 2 staff to get me checked in. I get to the 3rd floor and there is a weird smell in the hallway and some line running across the floor right in front of my room. I stepped over it to get into the room. I pulled the pull out bed out and there were no sheets or blankets and under the pull out bed was alot of trash. So, I ask a housekeeper and was told to get it from the front desk. I slept comfortably but

The customer service was awful. When we arrived there was no front counter person and it was closed. When we finally got our room keys, we were given room keys for another couples room. We walked right in and luckily the people were descent. Very unorganized hotel!

Hotel smelled of cleaning chemicals to the point that we had to prop our room door open into the hallway to air out our room. 1 bar of soap was provided to split between shower and sink. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. There were 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel provided. Very sparse accommodations, especially at $400 plus a night. Glad we only stayed one day.

Missoula hotel stay
Front desk staff was great and very busy. The room was not clean, dirty towel over shower, sink had makeup stains all over it, food crumbs on the floor. Toilet handle was broke toilet ran all night. Bed was hard as cardboard. Room smelled of stale meat. We knew the hotel was all booked so asking to switch rooms wasn’t an option.
