Horrible customer service. When arriving was told their would be a $50 hold on my card and I would get it back the next morning. When checking out I was informed that I wouldnt get it back for 7 days. We had a room right by the elevator which wasnt good for a 1 year old that wakes up at every loud sound. The breakfast buffet was poor and not worth it. I wouldn't stay here again.
