We woke up day 1 with bites and had to have our linens changed immediately. People would have take out overnight which everyone does but these bags of food were still out in the hallway 6 hours later. Spilled soda on the floor outside the elevator for hours. Our baghroom ceiling was flaking and falling into our shower drain. This place needa an overhaul and a change in cleanliness management. We stay at the Embassy Suites every single trip which is 2-3 timea a year and this was appalling. We stayed out of convenience to our events. The bar/restaurant staff and airport shuttle staff were truly outstanding. They understand customer service to it's fullest.
