I had to wait a long time to check in because the one employee was picking several people up from the airport. Even though I, and others, were waiting for the man to return, he checked in the several people he had on the van first. It took about 45 minutes to get a room. When I got to my room, the door was unlocked and the bed looked slept in (both pillows stacked on one side and the bedspread messed up a bit on that side. Went down to tell the guy and he tried to say that it was a clean room and nobody slept in it. He came to look and called someone on the phone, talking for a while. I don't know what was said because it was another language. He gave me another room.

This hotel by far is not a star rated hotel. Very old and squeaky floors. Stained sink and other places. But besides all that - it was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep and a good shower. Well worth the stay if you're on a budget and you'd rather spend your money on star level places. Doesn't matter to me. Anywhere I can save money and still get star level cleanliness, nice clean mattress, and great customer service is for me!!

They checked us in, gave us a room key and them asked for it back saying we were not allowed to check in tell 4pm... u think they would have told us that as we tried to check in at 2am after a long day evening of traveling. We offered to pay more for the night and they refused. Asked for a refund and they refused.

It was a cheap place to stay near the airport. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait about 20 minutes to checkin because the front desk person also is the person that drives their shuttle to and from the airport. They make you do a $100 deposit which I found to be a bit ridiculous because of the condition of the room I was in. Most places usually only do a $50 deposit. The fridge in my room didn't work at all, the room was clean but pretty run down, there was putty like stuff and I think paint on the curtains and I had to get help with the tv because it wasn't working at first. You get what you pay for, so for the price it was ok.

The check in wasn’t smooth at all and unfriendly PM staff that seemed. First thing I noticed was the elevator had garbage in it and then I got to the room and the key didn’t work. Went back to the front desk and the woman said nothing just rekeyed it. Went back to the room and there was no wifi. Went back to the front desk and was told sorry it’s a budget room and was given a shrug? Huh! Doesn’t say that anywhere in the description. Went back to the room and noticed that there were no clothes hangers in the closet, no soap or shampoo and the TV didn’t work. Went back to the front desk again and the woman finally came to the room and she couldn’t get the TV to work for a very long time. Then she left without saying anything like ‘sorry’ I went to change TV channels and it stopped working again. I used the faucet in the bathroom to wash my face and it wouldn’t shut off. I went back to the front desk again and told her. Shrug - answer (hmm not sure about the TV and maintenance guy isn’t here to fix the faucet I will try and reach him it might be an hour or more) zero customer service or people skills and no apologies. I thought seriously aniut what to do and then demanded a room change as I would be there 5 nights. I was told we are full even though I saw only a few cars in the lot & no one around. Finally after more complaining and about reporting them to hotels.com I was given another room that was a little better but also dirty and not well maintained. Don’t stay here !!

Overall, I was fine with my one-night stay. The $15 for the shuttle service to and from the airport was reasonable. However, I have two complaints. One is that even though they committed to shuttle service on every half hour, I came to the desk about 7 minutes prior to the half hour, but then I was told I would have to wait until the next shuttle was scheduled. Since I built in a cushion, it was OK, but they didn't seemed too concerned that I had to with 37 minutes for a ride. The other issue was minor, but they didn't have any soap of any kind in the room. I had my own and didn't really care, but I did let them know as I left and the person at the desk seemed surprised and said that all I had to do was ask. I assured him I was fine without the soap.

The room was halfway clean, tv didn’t work the sink didn’t drain the sheets had cigarette burns. The guy working the counter wasn’t there and I sat and waited he showed up after 15 min was short and rude. It’s extremely cheap for good reason

They kicked me from my room for exposing dirty sheets and roaches. I will get my refund. Bad place, the staff was horrible and confrontational. I will never visit again..Did I mention the drug use that is rampant in that place! Zero stars, negative even.

this place is more like a homeless shelter than a paid money hotel, I had pre paid but once walked in asked for money back because the place was a neglected and everything else you can imagine. but was refused a refund so I left for a decent place

Upon arrival found out pick up trucks and trailers are not allowed and that they dont disclose that till you walk into the lobby. Very minimal residential area around with no parking there. Nobody was at the counter and after waiting for about 10 minutes a gentleman pulled up in a van and started honking and eventually jumped out of his vehicle and went to mine, I walked outside and told him nobody was at the counter and I was simply trying to get a refund due to me not being able to park on their property. He then proceeded to tell me multiple times over that "It's to big, can't park here". I ended up leaving and requested a refund online and was basically told to kick rocks. Pictures online show decent parking on their property but it is actually the neighbors that is long term parking for the airport that is paid for.

I am here cause I need a place to sleep and privacy. Living with someone can be difficult especially if that person takes advantage. Granted it's his home. This place is better than Rodeway. Planning to stay until I find me a place.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance to the airport and that it is cheap. It needs to be updated, it needs to remove a lot of junk on hallways, it needs to be cleaned every day the rooms and the front desk and employees need to be more helpful and more friendly

It's a good value. Very close to the airport. The rooms are fairly clean, and operable. The staff took a while to get to the desk to check me in, but were more or less pleasant. Good for a last minute budget stay if you're single or need to save money.

Probably the worst and unsafe place I have ever stayed in my life and the staff does not care. The whole place is probably a long-term lodging option for those otherwise homeless people. I booked a NON-smoking room for just one night for an overnight layover near the airport.They gave me a SMOKING room! The AC is blowing cigarettes-smelling air through the filthy filter. There is no lamp on the nightstand. There is only one light switch in the room. The outlet is hiding right behind the nightstand. The night stand surface is sticky and there is an unidentified mental pin left on the stand. The floor is sticky. There are dead bugs on the window stool/frame. The bed sheet and blanket are laced with cigarettes burns. The bathroom is filthy. There is no towel rack or toilet paper holder. A single roll of toilet paper just sits on top of the toilet tank. The bathtub and sink are filthy and stained. I went to bed early and was awaken by knocks on my door. I asked who it was. A random guy said something unclear and walked away. After one hour, someone came back and knocked on the door right next to my room. This time it was a woman with loud rap music playing from a speaker. It lasted for 15 minutes. I called the front desk and the staff came and argued with the woman and she left. I demanded a room change and was denied. I contacted hotel.com and got no help from them. I sat up till 4 am to escape this nightmare. It is a shame that hotel.com still keeps this hotel on their site.
