The good: very nice outdoor hot tub with waterfall feature. Very comvenient location next to 101. Quick and professional check in. The bad: this place is old, run down, and need of lots of repair. There was a leak from the room above over our shower, with a great deal of water damage in the ceiling. Furniture was old. Fixtures including light switches and wall paneling were loose. Mattresses were of very poor quality and felt like a bag loose bag of springs. Would not recommend.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Rooms were cleaned well, however, structure was dated where crack tiles, worn bedsheets and lack of ventilation in the room showed its age. Unfortunately, the provided blow dryer connected to the wall was heating up and could not be turned off without unplugging the entire unit. For the price that was charged the room seemed acceptable.

This hotel is like one of those hotels that’s not too fancy and not too getto the big light up mirror is a great touch beds are comfy and the hot tub makes that’s hotel I’ve stayed here multiple times. The front desk guy is definitely clutch and makes it happen whether it be extra towels, extra sheets, etc. The parking lot gets a little crowded, but there’s always somewhere to park the price is very convenient and it’s close to montana de oro State Park, which is an absolutely gorgeous beach! With plenty of views!
