This was a great place to stay in San Juan. Very neat old San Juan sights including one of the cruise ports right next door. Hector, at the front desk, was amazing during our checkin process! The staff were all very nice. Bar/restaurant was good as well. Our room with a balcony overlooking the bay was the cream on top!

Was in PR for a Family wedding. The hotel was outstanding. Everyone from your check in staff all the way to your cleaning crew were very friendly and very professional. Thanks for storing our luggage
I thought it was amazing that they stored our luggage before it was time to check in. We had arrived in Puerto Rico that morning and wanted to wander around until it was time to check in. People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.

Hotel was very clean, modern and good customer service. Restaurant on-site. Great location to downtown old San Jaun. Directly across the street from thr cruise port. Only issue was that i wasnt told about a resort fee of $35 until check in. It balance out because thry gave you a $35 voucher to use for food and a drink coupon. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
