Great hotel with minor complaints
This is a great hotel overall and is a perfect location in relation to Universal parks and SeaWorld and MCO. We stayed in the junior suite and enjoyed having the kitchen and dining area. Did not use the sofa bed, so I’m not sure how comfortable it is. Pool and hot tub were large and clean. The complimentary breakfast was standard fare and good. They have a large laundry facility in the building which use credit cards not coins!
My main complaints were the AC was really loud and noticeable when it kicks off and on, and one night my child soiled the linens and they would not send the cleaning staff in to change it the next day because they only offer cleaning services every 4th day of your stay. Staff was helpful and nice but it took two phone calls to get extra bedding dropped off. They did turn over the beds the following day but I was a little frustrated by this.
