One night away.
Rooms were clean but a little worn out. Bathroom definitely needs a little work, was serviceable. The pool area is in the middle of a much needed renovation. The water was very murky and same for the hot tub. People at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again because it was clean. Looking forward to the progress they make on updating the pool area and bathrooms.

Was fair. Property is not well maintained and renovations were done cheaply. Hallways were freezing. Hot tub was only warm, pool area very poorly heated. Many roof leaks in pool and breakfast area. A surprising convenient and affordable hotel
This priority is being redeveloped. It uses to be a dumpy Cape Cod rte 28 Hotel, but the owners have affiliated with Red Roof (a chain that has done a LOT of rehabilitation to its reputation the past few years) and they are taking it seriously. The rooms are CLEAN, and nicely appointed. Some of the fixtures are tied but you can see the edits being made by the ownership. The have focused on cleanliness and comfort. The only drawback is that there are some guests as long terms stays that are "residents".

Room was mediocre at best but the worst part was how cold it was. The hallways were freezing, and the room had no temp comtrol until you entered. Got in after nightfall so the room was in the 50s. Turned on wall mount unit and the termostat wasnt right so it was either all the way on or off. Beds were hard, not too comfortable.
