Yes its ran down a little but clean and price was great esp to have a piil and be right on the beach we had a fridge and microwave and 3 comfortable beds they have laundry servicea to wash clothes and a step away from the beach worth the price front service guy was a little rude when i asked for towels for shower there was 4 adults and 2 kids and only 2 towels and no wash rags i told him they werent for beach we wanted to shower so he gave them to me

Reservation not honored
Didn't honor reservation made over a month ago on hotel com A reservation i called and confirmed at the property. And called a 2nd time about. Was an hour from showing up when they called to tell me my room wasnt available after driving 25 hrs. The hotel has wear and tear the biggest turn off after the screw up with reservation was the cockroaches in the bathroom when we turned on the lights. After requesting to be close to the others in our group they put us as far away as possible and they also had cockroaches. I would not recommend this place. I am not happy with this property.

Negative experience
I did the $100 room deposit with cash and forgot to get it back when checking out this morning! I called and they said they couldn't find it!🙄 I'm calling a manager tomorrow, it's not sounding good that I'll get it back 😡 I'm stopping there again on my way back from Miami, I called my bank and will try to do a stop payment for the room with the credit card I used, I charged the room but did the deposit with cash, is that place a fraud or what?

Noisy and a bug
Couple years ago we stayed here wasn’t too bad parking is always a challenge but this time it was very noisy. We were down in that hallway every door that shut slammed argument you could hear and all night people were going up and down the hallway, putting stuff in my door Don’t like that pizza advertisements, and there was such a crack in my door that a mouse could’ve fit through there without squeezing his self flat the side of the door not the bottom then wasn’t all that comfortable with the beds room with decently clean but the next morning I saw a little roach believe me if I signed the night before we would’ve been out of there I told the man at the desk that there was bugs in that room and he said he would get it took care of, but I’m sorry I should’ve just demanded a refund. It was that bad. Don’t normally get bad reviews, but this one was just over overboard.

Check in was terrible. We were told our rom was trashed by previous guest and we could upgrade to another room or get a refund and go and search for alternate hotel. At 6.30 pm on Saturday night we were not thrilled about looking for another hotel. We accepted the upgrade and feel that we got ripped off as we thought they should have given us the upgrade since this was not our fault.

Stayed for Daytona Biketoberfest and we just needed a place to sleep before heading home the next morning. At check in staff was nice but there were two customers complaining about their rooms and how there sheets were not washed and there room was disgusting and the second customer complained about a strong odor in their room that was making their head hurt and could not sleep. We got a room anyway as every other place was booked for this event. The room definitely had a strong odor I'm assuming to combat mold from the previous hurricane but this was VERY strong they should have aired the room out or at least a warning, I would have paid a little more to not smell that odor. There were roaches in the bathroom and that made me uncomfortable sleeping in the bed as I felt like they were crawling on me. Staff was nice and just doing there best to accommodate the large crowd for a very big/busy weekend. I think they should have taken the hit and closed some rooms until the odor and mold was situated.
