We had a great experience! Staff was really helpful and the room was clean.

Clean and basic
Very basic hotel, room was clean, bed comfortable, all staff helpful. Toast and coffee offered every day in the lobby of table and chairs.

Honestly, for what it was and the price was a great property to stay at. I would stay there again. The staff were super amazing ultra nice and all good vibes.

Great Location, staff was very accommodating. My only problem with this hotel room was the actual size. Very, very small for a double bed room.
Daniel, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location in terms of walk/subway to point of interest. Acceptable for a budget staying.

Just okay
Was okay. Lots if construction in area and tight near entrance/exit of Lincoln Tunnel. Definitely basic, but okay.
Judith, 2-night trip

Good spot to stay!
Was perfect for what we needed. Everything was a little outdated and you could see not much up keep. The air unit was broken so it was very cold in there. We only used the room to sleep and get ready so it was perfect for what we needed. All in all though we would stay here again!
Pearce, 2-night trip

Very good for the price! The staff are terrific, and while the room was tiny and could do with some updating, it was clean, comfortable, and as quiet as New York gets during the evening hours. I would stay again.

Couldn't beat the location/price on a Saturday night near MSG. If you're in town on a budget and need a place to crash after a show, it's great. Clean room, friendly staff, but room is in solid need of updating. Would stay again if I'm in midtown for a night or two.

A nice hotel just a few blocks away from the bustle of New York. The hotel is small with comfortable rooms with all the facilities you would expect. They have free tea and coffee in the lobby area all day as well which is nice.

Room was small but cozy. Friendly staff. Housekeeping cleaned the room each day and replaced towels often. When there was a small problem, with my room they quickly switched me to a new room.
Josh, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

Lobby reek of pot. Elevator made funny sounds and the light in the room kept going on and off all night. This is an awful hotel.
Chris, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location, very friendly staff. It requires some refurbishment (e.g., rusty surfaces, stained carpets) and more care for the overall service (e.g., stained bed sheets and towels). Overall it was a pleasant experience, beds very comfy.

It was a good stay
It was a good stay, my room came with an refrigerator which was good. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Good area / meh hotel
The area is excellent, however the hotel is old and it was short of staff and there were days that they just simply did not clean the room, the rooms are small and seemed to require a bit of maintenance

No parking very pricey , tiny room , not worth the price

Barely passable
Hotel is under renovation and frankly not finished. The facade looks very shabby. The bed and linen were good and clean. Servive personnel are polite. But there’s are no side lamps, coffee maker and no decor and cold stone floors. My complaint about a broken toilet seat was acknowledged but went unattended. There is only one elevator that is also used by the service crew and also some of the construction people so waits could be more than 10 minutes to catch the elevator. The location is great if you’re planning to walk to Javitz for a conference or expo.

Dirty room. Broken and damaged walls. Faulty outlets and hairs in the clean towels. Not worth the price paid

Jack hammering outside hotel, dirty small room. Beds were ok. I guess if you just want to flop for the night in NY, it’s ok but even for NY $400 is too much for this dump.
