Misleading booking when selecting King Bed
The bed was not a king size - it was closer to a standard queen size bed, we actually measured it. We called down and they said they’ve gotten other guests saying the same but did not seem apologetic or offer any remediation (especially since you could tell the hotel was not at full capacity). We also got a room nearby the elevator and it was quite noisy. The best thing about this hotel was the housekeeping, who did a fantastic job cleaning. The front desk is mediocre at best. The tall woman working in the evening was not very friendly and was quite short when spoken to. Also, the receipt I received via email after my stay was blank. No idea why that would occur. In terms of location; There are two restaurants (not opened during the day) and a coffee shop but the location isn’t great for proximity to the city and/or airport. Otherwise, look for other options as you’ll end up paying more in rental car fees or uber if you stay here.

Loved our stay here- most comfortable bed we had slept in during our trip. It was very convenient to all the activities and places we wanted to visit! We were so busy that we were unable to use the pool/ hot tub area but some people we met said the hot tub was great! I would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely place! My room was large and fully accommodated all my needs. I loved the shower and the generous amount of towels!!! I had a corner room on the main floor. Love this hotel, clean rooms, new furniture and modern design. Beautiful view cause it’s located right next to the mountains. It’s far enough from the city to enjoy peace and quiet atmosphere, and convenient enough to drive out to different scenic locations and mountain peaks. Parking is free and always available. One thing I didn’t like is that the bar is closing early at 10PM and you can order dinner only between 5 and 8PM. However they do offer nice breakfast selection 7:30 to 9:30AM and there’s a few restaurants in minutes of walking. Definitely recommend staying here.
