I checked on 10/09/2024 room 335. Room was not serviced on 10/10/2024, 10/11/2024 room not serviced until Saturday 10/12/2024. Trash was not emptied, fresh towels not provided, linens never changed, no toilet paper provided and no lotion provided until Saturday 10/12/24. The faucet hardware loose in shower, I reported this on 10/09/24 when I checked in. Maintenance Man came to check and they not going to come loose. The bathroom door was dirty with black scuff marks all over the door. I opened curtain and the windows in room 335 are absolutely filthy. I rang room service on 09/11/24 for breakfast and no one answered. I rang back to front desk, who acknowledged, there's only on person working is restaurant. I had get up, get dress go down to the restaurant to order breakfast, due lady working in restaurant would not answer phone for room service. I had to set soiled towels and trash out every night after returning from outings with my family. I feel this entire bill should be removed from my credit card, not just a $100.
I will never book a reservation at the Delta Marriott Hotel near the Norfolk airport. The experience was very over whelming.
