Staff was being rude and stated multiple times that it was because we booked thru 3rd party. We didn’t get the room we paid for. Our room had an outlet with all wires completely exposed, dangerous! The lamp had wires out as well because it was broken. Only one tv worked and next morning, neither tv worked, said every channel was off air. One phone didn’t work, the bedroom phone worked but we called front desk 3 or 4 times trying to get thru and nobody ever answered. It was clean but maintenance of room was not impressed.
