The room wasn't what we expected from the pictures. It was impossible to use the pool as the room and the water were too cold. Everything is old.

Very quaint hotel with cute cafe and store and lovely dining room. Really nice side area with little cabins and fire places, however it was all closed during our midweek stay. The restaurant was closed for a private function which was annoying,
They are dog friendly which is great.
However,$35 plus $18 per night for parking and resort fee is way over the top for that hotel. We would however say it’s a nice spot and would go back.

Very pretty hotel with some room problems.
This is a beautiful hotel in the public areas. The holiday decorations are very very nice and tasteful. The restuarant is absolutely terrific. But the room we had (112) in the main part of the hotel was pretty uncomfortable. The temperature in the room was not adjustable (according to the desk clerk), and it was constantly in the high 70s in the room. The room also looks out on the indoor pool, so there was the smell of chlorine constantly, and kids loudly playing in the pool until 10pm.

NO WIFI
NOISY heater with NO HEAT had to use extra blanket from the other bed to stay warm.
Told front Desk said a manager would reach out but NO ONE EVER DID.

Hidden Charges Spoiled the Holiday Vibes
Fireplace didn't work and there were significant 'hidden charges' ($40 a day to park and $20 a day 'resort fee'). Beautiful Christmas decorations, room was spotlessly clean and bed was super comfy.

Hidden fees
Be aware they charge $35 to park in THEIR lot. They will then charge you an additional $17.99 for water, coffee, and WiFi. They have no idea if any of it is used but will charge it as a standard fee. For the price of the room, those things should be included. Nice place to stay, desk clerks amazing but the hidden “facility fee” will stop me from ever coming back

Upon check-in I felt I was shown an inferior room, just so that I ask for an upgrade which cost almost 1/2 more then the original booking price.
The cost of $35 Tax parking fee was exorbitant considering there there are 2-3 other parking lots next door charging $5.00-$8.00 or $10.00 for all day parking.
Finally, all windows and doors were sealed closed and I could not open any for some fresh air. It was a nice autumn day yet I had to turn on the AC to get cool air in the room. Waste of energy.
