Great experience with a minor blemish
Everything was excellent. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, After we checked out on May 20th, we left our baggage at the concierge to pick up later. When we came to pick it up, the lady at the desk had changed. The "new lady" waas not as nice. She was patronizing. She informed us that the previous lady had forgot to charge us for parking (which was true). Unfortunately, she treated us without much resspect until she realized that it was a simple mistake on the hotel's part and that we had no problems with paying for the parking. She then went on explaining that she gets paid very little and so on (maybe as an excuse for her behavior?).
This is a simple mistake to make on the part of the hotel staff and we do not mind the overall handling. However, from the viewpoint of visitors, it is a blemish on an otherwise beautiful stay.
