Bed is nice and comfortable. Not equiped, not even cattle. TV a bit outdated without streaming option. Light in the room isn’t on one switch and there are lamps only, so you have to turn on and off each one off them. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Parking is paid extra.

Only reachable by 1 bus route (N18) which although only 6 miinutes walk away stopped runniing by 23.50 and didn't stop at all the usual stops in the city centre. Interent connection weak but otherwise a decent hotel.

Rooms are spacious but outdated, damaged furniture, many broken tiles in bathroom, location is ok, breakfast is top. Swimming pool has very cold water (while stated at booking it is a heated pool). Bar/restaurant ok. Overall the rooms are overprised. You should expect more for the price. Staff is nice. Cleaning could be better.

Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg Booked in the last minute so didn't had much hotels to choose from as other hotels was fully booked, and this hotel was "cheapest". Its a old but basic hotel outside the city center. +Breakfast. +Free Wi-Fi +Swimming pool (time must be booked). +Car parking (cost 100kr per night). +Hair dryer in the room. +Heater. -No iron but probably can get from reception. -No refrigerator in the room if I remember correct.

The property was an average one, which is fine, however there was no fridge, coffee maker or even a phone in the room. Since you could not call the front desk, you had to go down each time. In order to have a cup of coffee from the lobby area you either needed to pay (I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world where coffee wasn't complimentary) or become part of their Peacock Club." or something like that. The staff were also extremely rude with the exception of the two people in the dining room and Peter at the front desk. Peter, in particular, was fantastic. He was very nice and really went above and beyond for the guests. He was actually listening for quite a while to a man tell him how horrible the rest of the staff had been to him and his family. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to go then this is fine but if you want a nice place with great customer service then look elsewhere.

Ok men behov av renovering
Hotellet är utav äldre modell och det märks. Det är behov utav en renovering. Kaklet i badrummet var trasigt, duschmunstycket läckte, handfatet var trasig. Belysningen i rummet var dålig, sängen var ganska hård. Poolen höll på att renoveras när vi var där. Frukosten var bra, det fanns allt man behövde med inte mer än så. Vid lobbyn fanns det ett shuffelboard, ett lekutrymme för mindre barn, soffor, fåtöljer, en bar och en liten kiosk. Helhetsbedömningen är ett ok hotell om man bara behöver en plats att sova på en natt eller två.
