Stop buying cars for Paris and fix your hotels!
This is the second time staying in this hotel. I actually chose it by mistake. The last time I went home to Connecticut I stayed in two hotels in Shelton so I was confused when picking the hotel. Had I had realized I would’ve picked the Hampton in. I have pictures to back up my claims which I gave to them at the hotel. On my first day, the curtains were torn. The room was terrible. The pillows were fake and just some things thrown together to make a pillow. The room was in poor condition. I stated it upon arrival when I realized where I was and kindly showed her the pictures. Yet again, another room where the curtains were coming down, the place is just deplorable. Hilton should be ashamed of their self. Now I see where all the people talk about for myself. It is truly a disgrace. Hilton corporation should spend more time in their hotels instead of driving Paris around and fancy new cars. They seem to always be flaunting all over the scenes, but when you go to their hotels, they’re dilapidated and falling apart. Unbelievable! The Hilton name used to stand for something. You ultimately expect the finest when you go into a Hilton. That is just not the case anymore. Most of their hotels are rundown. I’m in the business where I am able to speak with many clients of Hilton. I’m truly appalled to see for myself all the complaints that they have had. Hilton really needs to step up their game. I can’t believe they really are falling behind this way.
