I am a frequent guest at Hampton Inn properties and have generally found them to provide reliable service and good value. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Niles location did not meet those expectations.
Upon arrival, I discovered that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notification, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional. During my stay, housekeeping services were not provided, as my room was never cleaned. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were below the standard I have come to associate with Hampton Inn, being only average in quality.
