The bathroom was unclean, paint splatters over the wall and a hole in the wall! The electric burners did no work!
The electric outlets in kitchen did not work and were halfway in the wall!
At 2AM I was woken-up by a couple fighting yelling loudly and using profound language. I tried to call the desk, but your phone did not work! I then used my cell phone, but no one answered.
When I told the front desk next morning over all the above items, she acted like it was my fault that no one answered the phone. She didn't offer an apology and reluctantly said she would tell management. Has she?
Your property and management were a real disappointment! You need to refund me as I was not able to sleep and your refrigerator was not working they way it should and I had to throw away some food items.
