Power outage 14 hours

Stayed 2 days. One day without any power. Full charge for one day no services. Had to arrange all extras for power outage without help from staff. Lousy stay at what should of been a decent local. Will not return

Simple Comforts Away From Home ......

The room was very clean and well set up. Everything worked. I was visiting due to the Biker Reunion in the area, and didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel (but then again I rarely do - the idea is to do as much as you can, enjoy visiting the area and get a good rest between outings). I loved the raods and the riding in the area. The lake and surrounding forests etc are literally a breath of freash air.

Great location; Super clean room; Wonderful staff.

This lodge is well worth the stay. Beds super comfy and cleanliness was top notch. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great experience.

They were still undergoing renovations at the time, but it was okay. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but it was new and clean.

Econo at New Liskard on hwy 11

Well situated on Hwy 11 just north of town. Very clean, nice service ,personnel is great. Lots of parking Recommend to anyone . Loved the place.

Very pleasant surprise!!

Arrived late, pouring rain, motel surrounded by vehicles...full house. I thought 'no sleep tonight!! Wrong!! Very friendly welcoming clerk, room 104 with its own parking spot right outside a sliding glass door to our room. Quick dry access to a very clean, well appointed double bed room. Bathroom extra clean and cared for...towels placed... like a 'marine' barracks. Best yet...not a sound from outside or inside. Glass of wine and into bed for uninterrupted nights sleep...and I'm not a sound sleeper. Great!! This is not a new building...just well maintained. Its no wonder the competition were not full. If you want a good night's sleep after a long day on the road...this is the place!! We will be back!!

Great location for Biker's Reunion

When we got to our room we reported that the freezer door was not closing in the fridge and they said they'd have someone there shortly to fix it. Three days later it still wasn't fixed. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for us. Their restaurant wasn't open and the "continental" breakfast left a lot to be desired. All in all it was adequate but I certainly wouldn't rave about it.

Nice hotel close to my sister

I arrived on a Thursday for a 3 night stay. The room was exceptionally clean and very pleasant! The continental breakfast was good. I have no complaint except for Saturday morning. A winter storm left over 10 inches of snow outside my door during the night. By 11 am it had not been cleared and I had to leave so it was very hard for me to get out and clear my car. Sunday morning when I checked out I politely mentioned it to the clerk and she became very defensive. She had all kinds of excuse of why it had not been cleared. I just think that the sidewalk should have been cleared by that time....Did not appreciate her excuse that the wind would of all blown it back in and to continued to say that at least it was cleared by the evening. A front desk clerk should not talk that way to a client that way. Otherwise my stay there was very pleasant and should I need a room in New Liskeard again I would not hesitate to book again.

Chair in bedroom much to low for table height if trying to work on a laptop computer. Heating cooling system confusing to operate.

Positive Review of the Econo Lodge, New Liskeard.

We were greeted by a smiling and helpful receptionist. We only stayed one night at the hotel, and the facilities were very clean and enjoyable. The bonus for us, was we had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, which we were not aware we were getting. We travelled to New Liskeard for a graduation ceremony (for myself) it was our first time visiting the area and the people and scenary made our visit very worthwhile. I will definitely visit Econo Lodge New Liskeard again. Also, to be noted as two females travelling by ourselves we felt very safe at the location in New Liskeard

clean and quiet, good location on the highway

I asked for a clean, quiet room and that's what I had. There were some questions I had and the lady at reception went out of her way to help me find some information. Very happy with my stay!
