Hello, my wife and I booked The Harrison Lake hotel on May 7 through Hotels.com, but the hotel did not match the pictures. We request a full refund as we did not stay the night. The room was extremely hot with a non-functional air conditioner and was very dirty. The basin faucet had toothpaste on it, the cupboard had toilet paper stuck on the door trim, and the bathroom baseboards were held on by painter's tape. The toilet handle was broken, the carpet was ripped, and the TV was not properly set up. The front desk person, Angel, agreed it was unacceptable and tried to contact the manager and Hotels.com for a refund, but the manager was unavailable. Please respond ASAP and contact Hotels.com for our refund. Also, your front sliding door does not work and must be opened manually. If I do not hear from you, I will contact Hotels.com, PayPal, and leave a review on Google.
