The place was quiet, but outdated. This Extended stay does not have anything in any of the kitchens. You can walk a block to the next Extended stay to get your morning coffee. I did find out at checkout that you can get kitchen items from the nearby Extended stay and bring back to your room.

Very tired looking and feeling room. Smelled like cigarette smoke that someone tried to cover up with an unappealing scented spray.
The person who checked me in couldn't find my reservation for several minutes and then took several more minutes to finish process.

My room was comfortable and clean and offered a kitchen but no pots, plates or utensils. The price was agreeable enough to buy these things if staying for more than just a couple of days.
Tub/shower were made of reassuringly non-slip material. Plenty of electrical outlets and a good tv. The bed was comfortable.

Place had a horrible smell. Signs say no smoking throughout the building yet stepping off the elevator at second floor the hallways had distinct cigarette smoke smell. Walked into our room and the window was half open and the room had faint cigarette smell.
Not impressed with property and area around it. Will not be using Extended Stay America any longer.
