Amazing Stay again at Alohilani. We always stay here when were in Oahu and it did not disappoint. If we have any complaints it would be: -no couch in our room -rooms are not rated 5 stars, 4 stars the most -toilet was very low and small But we would stay here again because of the ff: -amazing service -everyone we spoke to were super nice and welcoming -car rental/valet on site -amazing gym -offers yoga classes daily -daily housekeeping -location right on waikiki -busy hotel but not overcrowded Overall a great stay!

No cleaning every day!
We had a fantastic 2-weeks stay. We signed up for the Longboard membership which offers buffet breakfasts and happy hour drinks/meals. We would give all five stars, but we didn’t like that they only clean rooms every other day. The rates are the same everyday, but you don’t get full cleaning service! Seems wrong.

Make sure you ask for a Seaside room
My first room was phenomenal so I booked the rest of my stay. They moved me to a different room in the Seascape tower, which is considerably older, not as up to date, and during busy times, only has 4 elevators for a large 40 story building.

Christmas stay was excellent!
We loved our Christmas stay! Hot chocolate in the lobby, Santa in the aquarium- wonderful. We had an incredible housecleaning person (can’t remember her name - 27th floor, she was training a new person). She was very kind and personable and kept our room clean.
