The bed was not super comfortable but breakfast had great options. Pool area was very nice. room was clean and had refrigerator and freezer which was nice. Only complaint was the treadmill didn't work in the workout room but I am sure it is fixed now.

Best Western Benton Harbor/ St Joseph surprised me

I haven't stayed in a best Western for years. I mean at least 35 years. This stay has put Best Western back on my list of desirable options. It was clean!!, comfortable, had a good breakfast and the staff at check in and check out were all friendly. If I come back to St Joseph/Benton Harbor, I Will be happy to stay here again. Bonus they are walking distance from Walmart, Celebration Cinema and a short drive or a small walk from Biggby Coffee.
