The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in getting the crowd of guests to our rooms after a 20-minute wait due to an issue with the room keys. However, the rooms did not match the trendy 50s/60s boutique hotel depicted on the website. Instead, our room was in need of renovation, with old, peeling 6” wallpaper border from the 80s and outdated bathtub fixtures with bubbled and cracked chrome that caused me to cut my thumb when I turned the knob. Furthermore, we had to request additional towels since the hotel does not provide daily cleaning or bed-making services for 2 night (weekend) stays.
It seemed the front lobby had undergone some renovations, paint, a bit of retro boutique decor but they stopped there. The large 6ft camel in the entrance of the lobby seems a little out of place too.
The parking was great and plenty of it.
