Did not enjoy the stay

Check in was supposed to be at 4. Room wasn't ready until 5 and desk agent argued against giving us a late check out. Room had big wet spot on floor, about 4'x4' - soaking wet. A/C stopped working around 11:30 at night and became unbearingly uncomfortable by midnight. Had to open balcony door as thankfully temps had dropped to about 50 degrees outside. Shower would not stay hot or even maintain temperature without continuously adjusting knobs. Was woke up by employees vacuuming the hall outside our room at 8:00 am. Was told to text valet when heading down to leave. Did as instructed and received a text back saying they were too busy to take text requests and to go to valet desk. Took ticket to valet desk and saw 1 of 4 valet attendents leaving to go get a car. Then was told none of the other 3 had a key to the room where guests car keys were kept and had to wait til the first attendent returned. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and in a convenient location.
