There was no live administrator on duty at the front desk. My check-in was conducted through an automated machine with a screen. Faces of two or three administrators, multitasking in different locations appeared over the course of communication. The entry card was issued through the machine as well.
I had to come back and request a different room since the toilet in the first room would not flush.
The worst happened when, on my check-out day, my T-Mobile service provider unexpectedly, for no reason, suspended my phone service.
First, I attempted to get the help of the automated machine administrator. He sent me off to seek the help of a cleaning lady. A kind cleaning lady quickly handed me her phone, but out of nowhere, a harsh voice of her female supervisor directed her to take me to the front desk instead. The cleaning lady had me seated at the desk and dialed T-Mobile's customer service on the front desk phone for me. In the meantime, some other boss-lady showed up and yelled at me for sitting at their unattended desk, demanding that I get out of their chair and stand in front of the desk. The T-Mobile customer service was as little help as one can imagine, and was clueless as to why such a problem had happened. During my 30-minute call, this loud-screaming lady-boss showed up twice, pressing on me that I finish the call ASAP, threatening to call her supervisor if I stayed on their phone any longer.
If you stay in this motel, pray you won't need any help from the staff!
