Wasn’t the worst hotel I have stayed at but it Is raggedy. Parking is far away. Not the worst when it’s nice out but prepare for a walk when it is cold. Our phone in the room wasn’t working, leaving me to go to the main floor if there were any issues. The toilet clogged @5 am And I did not have a plunger in the room. And I could not call because the phone was broken. When I went to the main lobby , they told me they would help me shortly and eventually brought me a plunger in a garbage bag and told me to set it outside my room when we were done. (Idk is a community plunger being nasty just me ?) Pool is nice, everything works and the water was warm.
The breakfast is expensive and not very good. 13$ for bland French toast. No powdered sugar, cinnamon, just bland thin pieces of bread which were supposed to be thick pieces of “Texas toast” lightly dipped in egg. And I do mean lightly. With a glass of chocolate milk , that was far too chocolatey.
my total was 16.87 and I only got chocolate milk and 2 pieces of French toast. No eggs, bacon, or anything else alongside.
I understand it’s downtown, however there are much better and more accommodating stays. I will not say Sheraton as a whole, but this location is definitely not somewhere I would look forward to returning.
