Disappointed
The saving grace of this hotel was its staff. 10/10. They were amazing. The hotel in itself is run down + outdated. I stay at embassy suites quite a bit. It’s one of my go tos. This by far was the worst one ever. There was a ring of rust at the bottom of our shower. The top of the shower ring was detached. The lotion on the wall was broken off + just sitting on the counter. The toilet paper holder didn’t have a holder on it so it was just set on the counter. The vents were all rusty + the room
Was musty. The room was very roomy though. The other saving grace was the gentleman who made the omelets… he was fantastic. Both days we stayed, we came a bit later for breakfast + by the time we got there everything was wiped out with. I small replenishments which was a bummer. The second morning it was so wiped out I had to take my daughter next door + buy breakfast. Overall we were really disappointed. I wouldn’t stay there again. Again, the staff was phenomenal, it was the company’s fault for letting the hotel
