The lobby of the hotel is GORGEOUS. The photos showing the rooms are, in my opinion, misleading due to how super small the rooms actually are. The room we were assigned was absolutely tiny, there were big cracks in the walls/ceiling, the paint on the windows was old and peeling, the shower wall had staining between the tiles, and the room was freeeezing due to the heater not working, flashing an error code. We informed the front desk about the heating situation and they moved us to another room, which is great! Service is EXCELLENT I'll say. The second room was bigger, but was in the same condition as the original room, other than having a working heater this time. No microwaves, just noisy mini fridges. We decided to cut our stay short due to not being able to sleep with all the outside noise; extremely thin walls, so that you can hear street chaos, and other guests. No refund for the cancelled night, which I knew was policy, but we decided to call it a loss so that we could just cut our trip short and get a good night's sleep. Also, parking was advertised as $40/night, so we parked somewhere cheaper, farther away. Check in at the front desk to find that parking is actually $20/night, but we'd already paid for other parking. Wish they'd made the discount known BEFORE the stay.
