Wonderful stay considering the circumstance of being caught in the flight delays due to the snowstorm in MCI. Large influx of travelers at one time but the property and staff handled it as best as you can expect. Some extended wait times for dinner and complementary drinks occurred but overall still fine. Great hotel for families, close to MCI airport
My family with two young children stayed here for one night before our early flight the next day. Our flight left very early, and there was a shuttle at 3:30am that was prompt, comfortable, and quick. Our children had fun at the pool, and the room service was easy to order via a QR code. Would recommend to any other families that need to stay by the airport!

The front desk staff upon arrival were fabulous. Specifically Ethan, his customer service is top notch. We were very disappointed with the cleaniess of the pool area. The water was very cloudy and there seems to be very poor ventiliation through there. The chlorine smell was extremely strong. Our room had a very musty smell and didn't seem to have been vacuumed very well. When we pulled out the pull out sofa to make for our kids we found blood on the bottom left corner. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk. They did bring us a mattress cover. There is also what looks to be rust on the bottom of the mattress and black marks, which we weren't really sure what those were. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the selection and quality.
