The rooms are clean, and the building looks modern and nice. However, the rooms seem simple, and the walls have a few scratches (I guess from luggage or carts). The street where the hotel is looks a bit dirty and sketchy, but it is well located, so I think it compensates.
On our first night at the hotel, we had an incident with room service and some customer service. We raised the complaint, and the Assistant General Manager was very understanding and made it up to us.
