Great location and beds extremely comfortable. Some items in hotel room itself (627) weren't so great - like no body soap, no conditioner, the light fixture between beds kept going up and down on it's own and the lighting in the bathroom was lit up on left side only, right side no lighting at all.

Comfortable bedding. Shower was excellent, warm, good pressure. Room furniture and fittings are tired showing their age. Relatively small hotel (level 5-8) which makes the venue cosy but no restaurant facilities. The best thing about this hotel is location to the strip, shops, restaurants and bars. Yes, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I only gave it 4 stars because there were some questionable people on the property, dressed inappropriately, like prostitutes. It made us very uncomfortable.

The Cromwell is one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas. The casino and hotel are small and accessible, compared to the other mega-casinos on the strip. The location is great, staff is wonderful, and overall vibes spot on.

The rooms need to be updated, bed was comfortable but the mattress was a California king and frame and box were king size. Casino staff were very good. Great location, adequate work out room. Pool closed for the season.
