At first glance, everything was fine. We needed to ask for extra towels multiple times before they brought them to us. The room was not cleaned/bed made the second day we were there. When I called the front desk to ask why, I was given a bit of attitude and told that I needed to request the room be cleaned. Never heard of this before with a Hilton. Was a bit annoyed. But asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning. by the end of the 3rd day, the room still had not been cleaned. We were offered a meager apology and told that 3000 points would be given for our inconvenience. Now it takes over 40,000 points to earn a free night stay, so this was really not sufficient.
there was free coffee in the lobby, but nothing else, not even a tea option. The pool looked nice, but was was closed (not sure why)
We were very disappointed at the staff and service and won't be back.
