I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience with the front desk, particularly with a staff member named Tiffany, was extremely disappointing. There was an initial miscommunication when we checked in, as our two rooms were supposed to be placed next to each other, but the hotel staff failed to arrange that. When I brought this up, Tiffany was dismissive and clearly had an attitude toward me, although I noticed she was polite with other customers.
What really crossed the line was when I went to the front desk to mention that our room’s remote wasn’t working. Instead of offering a solution, Tiffany responded with a sarcastic “the remote works,” as if I didn’t know how to use it. It felt like she was questioning my intelligence, and it was both unprofessional and insulting. To top it off, when I first approached her at the desk, she didn’t even bother to acknowledge me until I had to speak up.
I’ve never experienced such rude and condescending service at a hotel before, and it completely soured our stay. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback and works to improve their staff’s attitude and customer service.
