no air in rooms
the air was out in our room, it was almost 88 degrees when i walked in, i turned the air on and it never got colder after 2 hours. I went down stairs and they said they would send someone up, to either fix or bring us a fan(?) this is going on 9 pm. Finally someone shows up and says we have to change rooms. So I had to wake up my 5 year old and move rooms. When we got to our new room, the TV didn't work. At this point we just wanted to sleep so I told the front desk and they said they'd send someone up in the morning to change it. It was just not the best time

Felt very outdated insdie the room. The TV sound was going in and out and was behind. Poor lighting, shower didnt get very hot. Would have preferred a bottle of body wash rather than soap. Wouldve preferred bigger pump handle bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Microwave and fridge were very outdated.
