The place decided to contact me through Whatsapp and ask me for payment -which I unfortunately did-. They were really insistent that the payment has to be done immediately. Some days after, the day I was supposed to check-in, they sent me a message via Whatsapp saying that they "by mistake" overbooked the place and they cancelled my reservation, leaving me without a place to stay. I had to book another place and stay the night there. They told me that they'd refund me after a maximum of 5 business days. These days passed and they didn't refund me. Now, they don't answer whatsapp or any of my email/messages. What a terrible scamming.
