五大優點: 1.這間民宿有自己的停車空間,不用找路邊停車. 2.房子很新,磁磚壁磚很講究,衛浴設備也好,洗髮精用了很驚豔,不是賣場便宜的那種,我毛躁的頭髮都順了~ 3.床軟硬適中,枕頭棉被都很舒適,我是不好睡的人都可以睡得很好. 4.這一棟是專門for旅客,主人在另一邊,所以可以很自在.Check-in的指示很清楚. 5.走路到夜市只要15分鐘. 兩大建議: 1.房間不大,三人房若真的住三位大人會顯得很侷促;一樓的客廳若有電視會更好,這樣在客廳吃晚餐/消夜的空間就會比房間舒服. 2.有陽台很棒,建議在陽台放1~2張椅子,可以在陽台吃東西或是方便曬衣服.

整體房間很整潔，亦頗大，看得出房東裝修很用心，設備很細心，房子旁邊有停車位，可泊2車，地下層是公共空間，我們一行6人，當晚訂了3房間，屋內共3層，每層2房間，1房是2床房，另一房是3床房，我們是2人一房間(其實是2雙人床房，勉強可訓4人），所以我們分別住1、2、3樓，除了3樓Wi-Fi 比較弱，其他房間接收都沒有問題，因沒有其他房客，我們一團人包了整間房子， 所以行李箱不用搬上房間，放在地下層，否則搬上樓房間就有點吃力，因房子沒有reception，故需提早通知房東大約何時會到達，以便他們有點準備，check in 時間最遲晚上9時，因我沒有check email (房東原來在當天早上有email 問我），故去到大約6pm見烏燈黑火，有點不知所措，幸好他們有聯絡電話掛在門口，電聯後，大約10分鐘內便到達開門我們後，很細心講解屋內情况，設備如何，解釋得很清楚，因為是在住宅區，所以附近晚上很寧靜！ 這房子物超所值，下次再次去台東，必屬首選！
