The friendliness and quality of service at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas is excellent. The rooms are a bit dated and rundown, but still very clean. The pool area, lazy river and water slides will keep your kids busy.

Great for a family

We were able to check in right at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. They were just wrapping up an ice cream cart at the lobby but had a table of complimentary desserts. They gave my daughter a goodie bag with a coloring book, colored pencils, juice box and little bag of goldfish. They situated us across from the lazy river so that was very convenient. Room itself had very good ac and the beds were comfortable. It was quite loud with a family next door. The lazy river was a bit murky and crowded but overall my daughter had a blast. Would stay here again.
